Academy publishes new corporate brochure

The International Academy for Design & Health, publishers of World Health Design, has published a new corporate brochure, detailing its visions, mission and values, and providing information on its developing range of activities in across education, research, media, advocacy and events.
With bids accepted from Malaysia for the 8th Design & Health World Congress in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 27 June - 1 July, 2012, and Australia for the 9th Design & Health World Congress in Brisbane in July 2013, the Academy is on a steep upward path of growth, with greater recognition being given to the important of healthy environments as incidence of chronic diseases around the world continues to grow exponentially.
In addition to its World Congresses, the Academy has developed three annual symposiums in the Europe, African and Australasian regions. In 2012, the 3rd Design & Health Australasia International Symposium will be held in Sydney from 28-29 March, the 2nd Design & Health Europe International Symposium will be held in Helsinki, from 20-21 September and the 2nd Design & Health Africa will be held in Johannesburg in November, 2012.
In addition, the Academy's MSc Design & Health programme will launch at the University of Portsmouth in September 2012.
